Team and experts
Midwives, lactation consultants and doctors write our materials and review them.
We make knowledge about feeding accessible: brief, evidence-based and without pressure. The project grew out of conversations with parents, consultants and doctors.
Team and experts
Why it matters
Parents get hundreds of pieces of advice: from grandmother’s recipes to aggressive social-media marathons. We collect what actually helps a decision: how lactation works, what your baby’s signs mean, which guidance is backed by research and which is simply habit.
The project brings three views together: parents’ practice, clinical evidence and the experience of feeding specialists. That is how texts appear that neither frighten nor promise miracles.
Principles and timeline
The first explainers for parents and consultants: latching, routine, night feeds.
We set a rule: every claim comes with a source or clearly marked practical experience.
Discussions appeared where questions are asked before exhaustion and despair build up.
We rebuilt the section structure, added quick access to topics and materials about solids.
Editorial
Midwives, lactation consultants and doctors write our materials and review them.
Every claim is checked against research and clinical guidance; anything contested is marked as such.
Communities and specialists we discuss topics with and who check our wording.
